Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition with all packaging included.

  • Be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use.

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number along with the reason for your return or exchange.

  3. If your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your exchange or refund according to this policy.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (where applicable).

  • Damaged or defective products.

  • Incorrect items received.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.
