Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2,999.

  • Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable). You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. RAAZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking your shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
